Exchanges and returns

Modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted on orders for customized products.

It is possible to replace a product purchased by the customer that is not worn, unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative original invoice.

The goods must be returned within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the order was made.

Shipping costs will be at your expense and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for missing or undelivered returns without identification and traceability.

Rivero reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements indicated above.

Returns on are processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Rivero was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. A notification email will be sent to you once the refund has been made. Refunds will be made with the same payment method.
